PAYMENT

 

The currency used on this website is the EUR.

 

You can pay with your local VISA/Mastercard card without any troubles using our Stripe terminal and we do also accept Paypal.

 

If you wish to pay with Bank Transfer please feel free to contact us.

 

DELIVERY

 

Packages are mostly dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via:

• Royal Mail (if stored in our wharehouse in UK),

• Colissimo International (for artworks framed by WallSide Gallery, or stored in France),

• Swiss International (for artworks framed by WallSide Gallery or stored in Switzerland)

 

We can also use our own carrier for demanding shippings. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

 

All shipments are insured. Please note any damage suffered by the shipment at the time of delivery to the courier. After delivery, the transport insurance is no longer valid.

 

Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well-protected.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Wall Side Gallery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

While we hope that you are always satisfied with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Our policy is all sales are final.
